Modifications according to Developer Meeting in SA

• For now, WebLicht will not be able to parse the complex (standardized + format-variant etc.) media types. We should start by deciding on a fixed list of strings for the beginning, more complex parsing should follow later. We will use the combinations stated on https://trac.clarin.eu/wiki/MIME%20format%20variants as a starting point.
• Whitespaces should be omitted in the resulting strings for mime types + format variants.
• The mime type for TCF will stay the same for now. There seem to be a big overhead to change this. So this is not a high priority for now.
• necessary parameters to start with are: tokenized=0/1
