Make directory names shorter

When reference folders/files are created, it is sometimes that case that the names of directories are very long. This makes it difficult to backup the vault (at least in Windows) because these long-named directories might not get copied when duplicating the entire vault.

So the reference folder creation needs cap directory name lengths and total directory lengths when creating such folders.
