Bandit is a collection of utilities for extracting models from the NHM CONUS, Alaska, and Hawaii models (plus more to come). Bandit depends on pyPRMS.

Used in notebook 0b.

If this is not published, it might be ok because the process that bandit uses has been published:

This is a public repo (release before provisional software release process existed).

This could end up being an updated to functions in pyPRMS or pywatershed.
