Multiple Power Shutdown Cycles and listing them in the Resources Details Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A VM or a EC2 can be stopped and started several times during the day to run only for certain hours a days or hours in a week.
Can we have a option to setup multiple stop and start schedules hourly day wise and or month wise?

Also, Currently I dont see the schedule(s) in the resource details page.

Along with that, we should also have an option to skip/abort shutdown with a reason box.

Adding an option to add a server for multiple schedules and also listing the schedules in the Resource Details Page.
