[Feature request] Monthly price for IT environment

For IT Environments resource, it would be nice to have the possibility to define a cost model per month.

Objective: Give the possibility to integrate external resource billed per month (or even per years).

As I think, such resources with monthly/annual pricing will still be charged more or less continuously, not once per month/year. How do you think?

The objective is to have the possibility to integrate external resources billed only per month or years, from provider not managed by Optscale.

Eg:

• Dedicated server ( physical ) / monthly renting
• Domain name / years

We can calculate the equivalent hour charge, but it would be more easy to have the possibility to use directly per month.
( monthly price / (365 / 12) / 24)
