How to use windowrulesv2 to move a window to another workspace?

Just like the title.

Can I do something like:
windowrulesv2 = movetoworkspace special:magic,workspace:special:information,title:negative:information
Or something like:
windowrulesv2 = kill,workspace:special:information,title:negative:information

If you want to make something like always open an app in a workspace than use:

windowrulev2 = workspace 1, class:^(<regex_for_app>)$
