Benign failure messages from IBC transfers

The IBC-based transfers from Celestia <-> Neutron generally work but sometimes show error toasts even when the transfer was successful. The issue does not always repro so it's likely due to RPC flakiness. If not, there's a chance it's due to gas price issues here or here

It should be noted that the Warp UI's support for IBC transfers was a somewhat experimental feature that was implemented by someone who doesn't know much about Cosmos (me) and included in the app even though wallets like Keplr support this same capability natively and with more reliability. My point being that it's not impossible that the problem is somewhere in the Cosmos Token Adapters but I do think if it was, we would see this repro more consistently.
