Currently we create a hyperboard automatically for every collection. Lets separate this out to a form that creates the collection and a form that creates a hyperboard from one or more collections.

@holkexyz I expect we'd add a collection create/update endpoint in the same swoop: hypercerts-org/hypercerts-api#264
