[feat] New Hyperboard form

Create a form to create a new hyperboard from existing collections, such that we can create a hyperboard from two or more collections.

The basis for this form can be the "New Collection" form. Changes needed:

• Title New collection --> New hyperboard
• Field for hypercert or blueprint ID needs to only accept the IDs from existing collections --> naming it Collection ID and the additional info should read You can find the Collection ID on the user profile under "Collections".
• Field factor gets deleted (if I remember correctly, each collection will have the same size, which can't be manipulated, right?)
• On the right we change the text to:

A hyperboard consists of one or more collections, each displayed at an equal size.

You can embed the hyperboard on your website or share it on social media to publicly recognize the owners.

All fields and settings can be edited afterwards.

• Button Create collection --> Create hyperboard
