[UI] Percentages in ownership table on hypercert view page #430

The ownership table show units currently:

Let's change this to percentages. Ideally

rounding to full percentages if above 10%
rounding to 1 digit after the comma between 1% and 10%
rounding to 2 digits after the comma below 1%

I think to the first non-0 value.

Eg:
0,01 or 0,000001. If an user owns a fraction, they should not be listed as 0%
