We need to be more transparent that there is a protocol fee. I checked with OpenSea, they make it transparent for the seller, when they create a listing. It isn't stated again for the buyer. I think we can follow that approach.

Let's include the text: "Any sale will include a 1% protocol fee." on the modal (see screenshot):
