BitBucket Collector - Null Pointer Pointer Exception

Problem:
When configuring the Repo Widget, the credentials options should be optional as stated. When credentials are not passed the collector throws a null pointer exception.

Solution:
Update collector to fix null pointer when credentials are not provided.
