Installation Guide for Bitbucket/Jira Collectors

Hi,

Can anyone assist with a detailed installation guide here. I've tried the instructions listed in the Readme.md files but can only get Hygieia running.

Issue seems to be related in part here : https://github.com/hygieia/Hygieia/blob/gh-pages/pages/hygieia/collectors/collectors.md#encryption-for-private-repos as I can't create the encryption key as the documentation is outdated.

Assistance would be appreciated.
