What is this issue? 🚀

장애 및 에러 발생 시 슬랙으로 알림을 오게 하여 유연하게 장애 대응 할 수 있도록 합니다.

Progress 🏃‍♀️

  • git action secret key 추가
  • 모듈 추가 (오픈소스라이브러리 업데이트 필요)
  • 코드 작성
