Request for state persistence feature in localstorage, session-storage, etc.

Hi,

I am interested in using this repository, but I would like to request a feature to store the state of Vuex in local storage, similar to how the vuex-persisted-state library works. This would allow the state to persist even when the user refreshes the page or closes the browser.

I would greatly appreciate it if this feature could be added to the repository. Thank you!
