Bro , i found a good solution for you and me .
If you have this issue : your can select "localhost" and port : "4444" , and run

SHELL :
$ cloudflared tunnel -url YOUR_GENERATE_LOCAL_LINK

Good bye

R u sure ???
u choose local host that mean u cant enter the link in another router "IP" !!!

have u try it in anouther WI-FI "router"?
