There's no way to hide anything in project subdir(s) – I've tried any pattern even with * and ** and all failed.

So, dear @hsz, we've got a feature request here :)

I'm still refactoring the mechanism of matching files in the Project, but no worries – that's a must-have for the upcoming 2.0.0.
