Home-Assistant app for Apple TV

Would it be hard to publish the Home-Assistant iOS app for the Apple TV...?

By hard, I should clarify that I'm barely a programmer and haven't touched swift but in my limited understanding, swift is designed such that the code is reasonably portable across all the platforms.... Is it a tick a box and re-compile or does TVOS require an entirely different code base?

Why?
It may be a left of field idea but I have a couple of spare Apple TV's (4th Gen HD) that would be ideal for repurposing as a dashboard display. I think its a decent use case because:

• They integrate well to HA already so controlling the power/front most app is pretty easy
• Low power, cost effective, easy to connect to an old HDMI monitor
• The dashboards I have in mind already work well on the MacOS app on the screen size I'd like to use
• I'm aware they wouldn't have touch input, that's not really a problem in this situation (think static displays like weather, camera feeds etc.)

Apple does not allow third party applications (except for Amazon, whom they allow) access to webviews on tvOS, so this would require a fully native UI. Perhaps there's a future where complications are more built out in the app and that can be offered there.
