Saving configuration in ini file

Hi !
I saw that a configuration file may be saved to store mainly windows positions and sizes (save_init_file), but is there any way to store also a custom theme ? It could be very usefull to find a nice theme (colors, style, etc.), store it, and load it in an other app without make it again .
