How to disable tooltips/popups on buttons?

I have many buttons created via a for loop that are all placed accordingly in several different child_windows. How do I remove all hovering tooltips/popups that happen when I hover over a button? This happens on enable and disabled buttons.

I have no lines of code referring to popups nor tooltips. See attached GIF.

add_color_button is a special button for color manipulation, simply don't use this type of button. Use add_button with bind_item_theme for coloring it.
