Table group rows

I see there is a table-row-group element in the source code, but how to implement it? It is missing from documentation.

For instance, I have a table with name, age, school district and other fields. I would like to group rows by school district and expand if I wanna see all students of that district.

Should this be an issue to add to documentation?
