Describe the bug
Transactions such as swap, send, and claim are unable to be completed even though the wallet should have enough SOL.

For example, certain users with 0.0008xxx SOL are unable to perform the above mentioned operations.

i have run through this issue with 2 users 1 on iphone 1 on andorid
the iphone user
0.0008... sol enough to claim and should be enough for a hnt-sol swap from Foundations page.
all transactions failed with 0 error or notice constant loading page .
transactions were not submitted to the blockchain so no tx id could be given to check errors onchain
i funded the account with a extra 0.002 sol all transactions from that point were successful

android
had 0.008 in the wallet and again couldnt do anything.
i funded that account up to 0.001sol and at that point the TX started to submit to the chain.
after this the account dropped below the 0.001sol threshold but was still able to claim transactions .

In my android phone, HNT - DC swap shown a "calculated Transaction fee" (after multiple tries) of 0.00204428 SOL..!
But in the input token (HNT/IOT/MOBILE) Amount entering view, there is a "+0.000005 SOL Fee" shown just below the input amount.

after a bit more investigation i think this bug is possibly due to stale data . the i dont think the sol value matters the app needs a incoming transation to bump start it i just did the same thing with another user and he went from 0.0008xx to 0.0009xxx and the transatction went through instantly after kick starting the "wallet" this was a wallet that couldnt claim IoT
