i'm enjoying using this switcher. it's impressively stable already. I can't remember how I installed the old version from about July with mouse support I think?
Since then I haven't updated. But i know the installation was manual, and I think from memory maybe it involved AutoHotKey? How do I uninstall the old version?
I would like to get your latest version and I see it has an installer of its own but I dont want two versions running!
Thanks,
Simon

oh i think i discovered it. There was no formal installation process, instead I had simply dragged a shortcut into:
C:\Users\x\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
And I think there was no other "installation" to remove.
Hey :-)
Indeed, there is no "hidden" installation (for now at least). So the process was, as you did, extract archive content anywhere, add shortcuts / startup app by yourself, as long as the archive content did not move, it will work.
As you noted, there is now a script to create (and remove) a startup task. It does not create any file. You can manage created task by yourself using Windows "Task scheduler". Tasks have the advantage to be able to launch app as admin, but otherwise the startup directory solution is perfectly valid.
