Next set of valuesets: Claim Item category and products/services

Dear All,
Can we start working on the next sets of valuesets?
Claim.item.category - is used to code to identify the general type of benefits under which products and services are provided. The default (example) is here, but would not be sufficient, IMO.
Claim.item.productOrService - is used to identify the product, service, drug or other billing code for the item. The example valuesets use USCLS and definitely requires more extensive set.

v0.7 release update
We are ready to do a formal release. URLs are also updated on the protocol side and we are ready to make it public.
InsurancePlan - Insurance Plan extensions are ok for now. incorporated the feedback and its good to go. We will have detailed discussions on insurance plan in the coming sessions.
Pending : Abbreviation for supporting info category codes.
