1. Reminder: FHIR introductory session by Ms. Revathy Sreenath from the FHIR India community on 25th March, 10 AM to 11 AM. Please attend.

2. Update on the Governance:

• Discord channel for real time conversations. Here is the invite (https://discord.gg/EvDaHEh4). Please join.

Ready to use. Please join if you have not. Going forward, this is the primary source for announcements and other information broadcasting. GitHub discussions however continue to be the knowledge repository and all the major conversations end up as a discussion thread in GitHub. While you are at it, please introduce yourself and say hi to others in the #general channel.
A channel for each work stream would be created for focused discussions.

• GitHub discussions and protocol docs migration

The GitHub repository and discussions are going to be migrated from the Swasth organization to HCX's own GitHub organization. Swasth team is going to do this and communicate with everyone on Discord early next week.

• New website update.

Work in progress. We need volunteers for HCX website design. Let me or @abhimail know if you or someone else you know could help with this.

3. v0.7 release update

Two pending items before v0.7 could be released. FHIR profile reviews - see (4) for the update. And the first version of some important FHIR valuesets - see (4) for the update. We should plan to close these two by mid April and publish v0.7.

4. Update from the sub-group on FHIR profiles and valuesets workstream

• Update on FHIR Profiles review by FHIR India community

The reviews of the FHIR profiles corresponding to Eligibility cycle and Claims cycle are complete. We have reduced the duplication and are using NRCES/ABDM FHIR profiles wherever possible as suggested by FHIR India community.
The InsurancePlan profile is pending and slated for review the next week. With this, the FHIR profile reviews necessary for v0.7 would be complete.

• Update on the progress on the important valuesets identified in FHIR Object's for payload - Valuesets and Systems #12

There was some progress in #22 but more to be done here. We have @krisaccessh joining this workstream and is going to facilitate and lead the work items in this workstream starting with #22. There are a few others pending. This is the priority for the whole working group. @vharish85 @nvirmani @DrParveenKumar - please help and coordinate with @krisaccessh to close this.

• New volunteer to this workstream

@krisaccessh agreed to help with this workstream. Please reach out to him if you want to volunteer to help building/reviewing FHIR profiles and valuesets.

5. Update from sub-group on policy digitization

The work is still in progress to include the suggestions made by the sub-group members. Also, the IHX team's mapping with FHIR profiles also made us realize a few missing items in the InsurancePlan profile. We plan to complete this hopefully by next meeting.

6. Update from the sub-group on HCX Use cases

The discussions on payment cycle and reimbursement cycle use cases have to start. There are threads for that: #14 and #28 . Requesting more volunteers to help defining these use cases.
There is a suggestion to consider the actual payment instructions (from payers to providers/subscribers) should happen via HCX. As of now, there is no decision made. More discussion needed here before we take it as a priority as this is a big undertaking.

7. Update from the sub-group on Tech-Specs

The FHIR IG issue with profile links to NRCES site is fixed. No pending items for v0.7
The sub-group would start working on Notification API and search API. The subgroup would create corresponding discussion threads. There will be some proposal in the next meeting.
