1. W.r.t. confluence as wiki kind of tool for the community, we discussed this a few months ago, but we had other priorities. We will bring this up in this week's call.
2. We definitely are setting up an IM channel soon in a week or so. Either Discord or Slack or Zulip, I will bring this up in this week's call again.

Meeting notes:

1. Update on the Governance

There will be dedicated website for HCX community. This will serve as a portal and will have the links to everything HCX related for easy and quick access. A home page with introduction, road map, current status, note on contributions, links to specs, IM channels, governance rules, workstreams and how/whom to contact will be created. Not all of it right now, but over time.
Before the next meeting, the following would happen:
A) The GitHub repository and discussions would also be moved to a separate home under HCX name.
B) A Discord server will also be setup and links and information on how to join it will also be posted in the website.
C) A website dedicated for HCX would be setup with some of the info mentioned above.
Swasth team along with a few others are going to work with this. If there are volunteers in helping with the website and other admin work, comment in this thread and tag @ggopi-dev or @abhimail .

2. Update on the v0.7 release

There are three pending items before v0.7 could be released:
A) FHIR profile reviews by FHIR India community. It is in progress. Two more rounds of discussions are needed. One is scheduled for next week (16th March). This task may need 2-3 weeks for completion. @abhimail and @angshu are working actively to close this.
B) Valuesets suggestion for some important fields in various FHIR profiles. See (3) below for details.
C) Small fixes to the FHIR Implementation Guide (fixing hyperlink issues mostly). @vrayulu is helping with this.

3. Update from the sub-group on FHIR profiles and valuesets workstream

Important valuesets that are necessary for v0.7 release are identified here. @abhimail is leading this effort. @angshu, @vharish85 , @nvirmani and @DrParveenKumar are contributing
The next set of valuesets important for the next release would be identified by the subgroup and be posted as dicussion threads.

4. Update from the sub-group on Insurance Plan Digitization

The suggestions from the previous sub-group meeting are being implemented in the InsurancePlan FHIR profile. Work in progress. The subgroup would meet again to complete the review and present the work to the working groups in the next meeting. @ggopi-dev is leading this effort. @nvirmani @purulalwani and Mishi are contributing.

5. Update from the sub-group on HCX Use cases

Eligibility cycle usecase #17 and Claim clycke usecase #19 are being reviewed. @angshu is leading this effort . @davnitsingh @akhilmalhotra @rahul-handa @mayurilal and @DrParveenKumar are helping with this.
There are suggestions to start working on Reimbursement usecase #28 and Payment cycle usecase #14 .

6. Update from the sub-group on Tech-Specs

No pending work for v0.7. The subgroup will start working on the API specs and related work for the next release. Notification and Status/Search APIs are next. @abhimail is leading this. @vrayulu and @krisaccessh are helping.

7. Announcement of the FHIR Introductory session by FHIR India Community

FHIR India Community has gracefully agreed to give a session on FHIR to our working group members. The timeslots are here. Please fill the form and let us know your preference. This is also shared in an email.

8. Feedback and suggestions to improve/encourage community participation

@krisaccessh suggested the use of the Forge tool while working on FHIR Profile creation.
@krisaccessh also suggested that we could work on the reimbursement usecase. The usecases sub-group will consider this.
@vharish85 suggested that some guidance for the new/existing members on how/where to contribute and whom to contact will be helpful. This would definitely be part of the home page of the new HCX website.
@DrParveenKumar suggested that the community could mention somewhere what has been done, the WIP and the future plans. This is now present in the Specs document to some extent, but otherwise scattered. The new HCX website's homepage will have this covered.
