[Release] HCX protocol V0.9 - Enhancing the use case coverage of the protocol

Hello All,

The v0.9 of the HCX protocol was released in draft version three months ago (Link to draft release) and we have received a lot of feedback from community members, NRCES, and integrating participants. We have incorporated most of the feedback into the protocol and the rest would be considered for future releases.

We’re excited to announce the release of HCX protocol V0.9 to the community. HCX V0.9 enhances the use case coverage of the protocol and takes steps towards the overall participant experience.

Release Highlights :
HCX protocol now supports following claims use cases
OPD (cashless & reimbursement)
IPD(Cashless & reimbursement)
Introducing beneficiary consent seeking mechanism for claims verification
Defined QR code specifications to standardise participant and policy QR codes
Enhancing API security for multi tenant multi user access
Introduced additional methods for managing attachments using Document management system (DMS)
