Following are the agenda items for the 23rd Nov. 2023 Tech+Domain working group call :

• Review open discussion item from HCX V0.9 draft - QR code, Enhancing the beneficiary consent flow, API security enhancement github discussions (#123, #124, & #120)
• Extending the consent verification scope beyond reimbursement claims Github discussion initiated by Dedipyaman (#122)
• Work items for next version of the protocol
• Update on product & service valueset workstream

Please find the meeting notes for the HCX tech + domain working group call :

1. Mahesh Kumar Gangula (@maheshkumargangula) did a walkthrough of the consent workflow enhancement and API security enhancement work by the domain and tech group.
2. Ajit (@ajitsingh2603) presented the QR code specification work done in collaboration with the Dr. Raunaq & others. The GitHub discussion for the aforementioned items (QR Code in HCX : Proposal for standardisation of QR Code information #123, HCX Protocol - Consent Request & Verification Enhancements #124, & Enhancing Security and Accountability in HCX Gateway API Access #120) has been initiated for further deliberation & comments.
3. Dedipyaman Das (@2DSharp), Bajaj finserve recommended & explained the consent verification enhancement (Add consent cycle for cashless claims raised at provider #122) beyond reimbursement usecase.
4. Abhishek (@abhimail) presented the potential future focus areas for the next version of the protocol as identified by the workstream memebers.
5. Brief discussion on the progress on product & service valueset workstream - identified the need to work on the terminology server approach and present it to the workstream members.
