This issue requests configuring a third monerod instance, which syncs with the other two monerod instances for tests.

The config should be added to the makefile after monerod2-local and sync with monerod1 and monerod2 when started.

The problem is monerod1 and monerod2 are configured to connect with each other exclusively, so the third node doesn't sync.
