Cannot boot VM on Mac using Vmware_Fusion #89

In reference to: #37

I'm experiencing the same issue as the user reported in the thread above.

If I don't enable v.gui = true, my VM does not boot up and gets stuck at:
_==> default: Waiting for the VM to receive an address...

My environment:

MacOS Ventura 13.3
Vagrant 2.3.6
vagrant-vmware-desktop (3.0.3, global)
vagrant-vmware-utility -v: 1.0.19
