advapi32.dll missing functions

Hi,
Congratulations for your lib.
I'm currently working on a flutter app based on wireguard VPN.
In order to make it work on windows I need to access couple of advapi32.dll functions :

• OpenSCManagerW
• OpenServiceW
• CreateServiceW
• CloseServiceHandle
• ControlService
• QueryServiceStatus
• DeleteService
• StartServiceW
• ChangeServiceConfig2

I'm currently using FFI to call this functions but I was wondering if you have any plan to support these functions in the short term.
