MAIN: Create a Contact Form

Overview

The website currently has no place for people to reach out to us with inquiries, feedback, or requests for assistance. By developing this contact form, we aim to streamline the process of receiving and managing incoming communications, ensuring that inquiries are promptly addressed and routed to the appropriate team members or departments. This contact form will serve as a valuable tool for enhancing our engagement with stakeholders, fostering transparency, and ultimately, strengthening our relationships with our community.

If decide to go with the form, Bonnie suggested we follow up with her for specific recommendations around the process she uses for forms. For example, once form is submitted maintaining column to tracks taken and noting what team did in response to each form submitted.

Update: we discussed that [email protected] is the email address that needs to be used moving forward, and the [email protected] as a filler on the website will be changed to [email protected] @sydneywalcoff

With the new year, UXD is following up with Content to assist with copy. Waiting for response from Content

@anitadesigns just to clarify, this is a new page being added to the website. It's not a pop-up lightbox style form, correct?

Design is iterating on this issue to use the same layout as other static pages on the website. We are also working with Content on the copy
