footer not centered

Hey everyone, I just arrived at the customizable stage of the starter pack and imported in styles.css directly from the starter pack. My website immediately looked better but for some reason the footer was not centered. A lot of the already submitted websites had it perfectly centered using the given code but for some reason it doesn't work in mine. I tried playing around with it a little bit but it seems like no change is reflected. The other parts appear to work fine its just the footer. Attaching a screenshot as well. I'll work on customizing other areas in the meantime.

Upon further review, it is centered on the resume, portfolio and contact pages but the blog page looks even weirder

If anyone has any ideas and fixes for why these two pages are different from the others, please let me know.

Edit: Another odd error I found is on my portfolio page. The navigation bar is bigger then it is on other pages and the footer is not quite centered again. Its really weird that I have different results on every page even though I'm using the same style.css for everything.
