Investigate Data Export Bug

When exporting data for volunteers to a csv file, the admins find a lot of bugs. They lose some of the data, oftentimes some of the hours, so the numbers do not match what is on the site. Sometimes they notice it works on subsequent attempts, but always breaks on the first try. This is one of their most problematic bugs.
Checkpoints:

• Try to recreate the bug
• Attempt to find the issue(it is likely in the frontend, unless they are fetching data on export)
• Fix the bug,
• Test
• Retest other areas of the site that may be impacted, we want to make sure fixes don't spawn more bugs
