Add steps for migrating derivatives

In the "Data migration" portion of the README, we don't address migrating the derivatives folder when restoring from a backup. If derivatives are not also migrated, thumbnail links seem to be broken.

No special steps seem to be needed - just copying the scholarspace-derivatives folder contents from one server into the new one fixed the thumbnail issue, but worth including in the instructions for clarity.
