Update Self-Deposit Process & Workflow with SSO authentication and internal deposit

Improve user experience related to self-deposit and improve workflow related to self-deposit. This would address issues with trustworthiness identified during user testing and discussions. Also, could accomplish integration of deposit workflows into application to streamline management of self-deposits.

Userstories:
As a GW affiliated researcher (student, faculty, staff), I want to submit to GWSS via a GW authenticated application/system.

As an IR manager, I want to manage self-deposit submissions via the repository application.

Steps/Requirements:

• Mediated Self-Deposit through Hyrax interfaces
• Configure SSO
• Permissions for new users through SSO to allow for self-deposit
• Customization of self-deposit process?
  -For example, with current google form setup we have depositors "verify" WCAG compliance.
  -Also supplying some metadata fields, CC license, gw unit
