We are on sidekiq 6; sidekiq 7 has been released. We can try upgrading (probably a good idea regardless), but the current screenshot on the README still does not seem to indicate that Failures is clickable, so this may still be a feature that's lacking. If so, consider adding the sidekiq-failures gem (or similar)
