Test running ETD Loader w/Dockerized setup

• If it works, then implement Replacing ETD bulk loader with Bulkrax  #300 AFTER 2.0 to rewrite ETD loader (maybe in Ruby/Rails) to generate Bulkrax files + CSV
• If it cannot be made to work, then consider moving Replacing ETD bulk loader with Bulkrax  #300 to this milestone.
• (Worst case/bad solution, load ETDs in current system anyway, and fix selected Thumbnails after migration)

Either:

1. Deploy ETD loader to host, and modify to create docker exec command to invoke rake task on the app in the Sidekiq container, or:
2. Add the ETD loader to the Sidekiq container, and document the command for invoking and monitoring the ETD loader (handling errors etc.)

Either way, Sidekiq container will need file mount for the folder with the ETD content

Enhancements were made to the ETD loader app as https://github.com/gwu-libraries/etd-loader/tree/t8-docker-rake and were run in (test and) production. Further work will be associated with new issues.
