I have a list of the DOI that are in GWFNet but not in gwf-uwaterloo.
I pulled the publications metadata from gwf-uwaterloo into a local clone of this repository and compared it to the publications from GWFNet based on DOI matching (exactly).
I have yet to format the GWFNet publications into the gwf-uwaterloo xml format. Once done I can provide a set of GXX_Add.xml files (where XX is the 2 digit year of the publication, matching the format of gwf-uwaterloo/gwf-publications/data/xml/G16.xml) and Morteza or Bhaleka can go through, verify and append those to their existing xml.
I am unsure on creating the entries in anthology.bib, anthology.endf, anthology.xml, and the various .bib/.endf/.xml in the docs folders. It looks like it must be done using a script/code, can Morteza help me with that?
would it be better to provide the xml version matching gwf-uwaterloo/gwf-publications/data/xml/G16.xml or a csv version matching gwf-uwaterloo/gwf-publications/gwf_data_extract/G16.csv?
