[bug] Issue with installation of competitor check

Describe the bug
Experiencing issue with installation of competitor check and other packages. Tried downgrading to versions 0.4.2 which is also reporting similar issue. Please find the error log enclosed for further consideration.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. RAIL spec
2. Runtime arguments (e.g. guard(...))

Expected behavior

Library version:
Version - 0.4.4, 0.4.2
