Hi folks,
We were just talking about interview accessibility at a Data and Insights away day. We were thinking of candidates that don't have access to their own devices. E.g. they use a work device that they're not comfortable interviewing on, or they don't want to install IDEs etc. on a borrowed device.
Could we add something to the Readme that explains that the Guardian could lend a device or arrange for an office visit in these circumstances? To ensure we're not missing applications from under-represented candidate groups.
