Create the profile view partially (see Figma screenshot below) **SwiftUI

What to INCLUDE:

Profile circle, takes, votes, comments, and badges (clickable, when clicked should be underlined). You don't have to worry about what is going in the white box yet for each category, but make sure there is space for the future implementation

What NOT to include:

the add friends button, the tabs (ex. 5'9, Atlanta)
we don't need the bio yet
don't need the navigation bar
