При удалении в окне просмотра ERModel надо бы еще заглянуть:

во все рекорд-сеты в хранилище
во все трансляторы, во ViewTab

И посмотреть не используется ли удаляемая entity в каких запросах. Если используется, то выдать предупреждение и не удалять.
