I'll start by saying I'm using the PAL version on a PAL Jasper Xbox 360. I'm trying the exploit but the only LED that stays on is the first player's one and no other lights up, changes color or anything. I even left the Xbox for 20 minutes and tried 2 times but nothing.

Try another usb with only the gamesave/profile as well as the executable of your choice.

And yes the quality of the usb matters so make sure it's not generic junk.

If after 20-23 mins if it does not run, you must reboot and try again. It can take a very very long time at times to get this to work. 9/10 after that time frame if it doesn't fire off, sitting and waiting will not help you, you must reboot.

My first successful boot took 4-6 attempts (nearly 2 hours).

If only the first LED quadrant is lit and it's green then it means the game save is most likely not compatible with that version of the game. Check the disc ID using this page and report back what the disc ID is.

I did some tests and basically changed the language and geographic region. If I set the Xbox to Italian, the exploit does not start and behaves as you described. If I set it to English, the exploit starts and the lights turn red and continues. The geographic region does not affect in my experience but only the system language.
