UX issue with adding relays

When I am on this screen, and I have typed in a new relay URL, I expect that clicking "Save" will add the relay. However it does not, it closes this screen and navigates back.

You have to actually click the "+" button. Then you have to click... "Save"? As a user I am not sure whether clicking "Save" after clicking "+" is actually necessary.

Here is what I suggest:

• Remove the "+" button
• Rename "Save" to "Add"
• Clicking "Add" immediately adds the relay and saves the new relay list.
• Similarly, clicking the Trash icon on existing relays immediately deletes and saves the new relay list.

I think it's actually okay to immediately save the user's action. There is not much at stake if the user makes a mistake. This would improve UX.

(Also, I think autocomplete should be disabled for this input field)
