Locally built packages are no longer picked up as the sed script which edits pacman.conf no longer works with the default upstream pacman.conf.

Ignore, it was my pacman.conf which was not up to date with the default upstream pacman.conf. I didn't realise my pacman.conf was copied from outside the chroot.
