Default Voucher Behaviour

In the user profile allow them to set a default Voucher. (search by symbol, name, address)

Behavior:

Balance and Sending List
This voucher will always be at the top of their balance list and all lists for sending vouchers.
Also auto select that voucher when sending.

Receiving
If the recipient has a default voucher - check if the sender has that voucher and auto select the receivers default voucher.
i.e. if I select FOMO restaurant account - say via alias - and FOMO has the FOMO voucher selected as their default, AND I have some FOMO in my wallet (auto select that).

Note that in the sending list the senders default voucher would be second on the list of vouchers to send (after the recievers defaults .. if the sender has some)

... note select recipient first on sending. (not voucher)

Advanced for later SwapPools. (for later)
If the recipient has a default token selected and I don't have that voucher - then search for a path through the network of SwapPools to find it and offer the ability to swap.
