I assume when they say they are running firehose 1.4.0, that means firehose-ethereum version 1.4.0, which is indeed substreams 1.1.1 I believe this issue is duplicate of streamingfast/firehose-ethereum#60 |

The issue does not happen at all (with v1.4.0) when a specific "tier2" substreams endpoint was specified in the config. It happens only when we run a "standalone" substreams instance.
