The Density Issue

As the number of paths increase, the Matrix becomes more sparse, with less readable features. Path number increases with number of individuals times fragmentation of paths.

Usability Changes

• Color by pathname to make color changes highlight discontiguous path changes
• Expand path vertically to take up all available space
  • Expand down until colliding with next Path. Also expand up?
  • List of y index for first path from each individual. Paths always must be sorted by individuals.
• Copy number has visual indication
