Code not working

The convolutional encoder doesn't work. One of the reasons could be that it was written on a lower version but I don't think that it would be the case since MATLAB code works across versions (and this repo is only just 2 years old). Another could be that changes have been made to the code so that it generates garbage values instead of working as intended.

Please don't put your code on GitHub if you don't intend it to be in public domain
